Job Title: 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer
Employment Type: Full time, 37.5hr week, shifts covering 8am-6pm. A 4-day working week is available.
30 min /1hr unpaid lunch.
Location: Regents Place, NW1 3BT. However, travel to additional customer sites is essential covering London Euston to Glasgow. Travel pass will be provided. (Approx. 1-2 site visits per week).
Salary: £26K- £29K pa depending on experience
Start Date: Q4 2025

Requirements
As a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of a specialist technical team, personally responsible for delivering key elements of a managed support service for a high-profile client. The role will provide an opportunity to build on your strong technical background and to obtain practical experience of innovative IT solutions and services. Candidates must have proven 2nd line experience with Windows technologies such as Active Directory, plus Microsoft server operating systems and OS deployment mechanisms. Experience in end point device set up is essential while an understanding of O365 administration, Intune, ServiceNow is desirable. You must have excellent customer service skills and attention to detail along with excellent ticket management.
