We are seeking a motivated Trainee Air Conditioning Service Engineer to join our nationwide Service Department. This role is designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in air conditioning through a combination of structured apprenticeship training and daily practical experience.

What You'll Do

  • Traveling to and from site
  • Assisting service and repair & planned maintenance of air conditioning systems
  • Cleaning casings
  • Cleaning filters
  • Shadowing experienced engineers to learn the role
  • Replacing pumps (once trained and capable)
  • Replacing parts (once trained and capable)
  • Completing paperwork and keeping job records up to date
  • Following health and safety procedures on site

Training Outcome

Subject to competence and performance, the apprentice will have a clear pathway to progress into a Junior Service Engineer.
