THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Senior Account Executive to lead new business growth across large enterprise trading firms. You will be partnering with traders to understand their challenges and deliver innovative technology that truly enhances their work on a range of different sized deals. Our industry sits on a foundation of referrals and networks, so you will have a great opportunity to get out and be in front of your clients, to build the trust and confidence that will no doubt help expand your commercial opportunity even further. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU
- We are looking for someone who is a credible and consultative partner to traders, not just a transactional focused seller.

- Able to navigate a range of varied challenges, while still maintaining deal momentum with professionalism and optimism.
- With such a broad market scope ahead of us, you will need to be flexible in your approach to face off to different trading firms and their internal structures.
- As part of a small team, you will be strategic in your approach, but still diligent with the detail, being strong at pipeline qualification, forecasting, and your sales execution.
- Understanding your personas is key, so we need you to be able to identify trader pain points, and to be able to position the product as a real solution to their challenges.

- We like to treat our people as adults, so we are really comfortable with a hybrid working arrangement giving you the flexibility and autonomy to balance your working time as may be needed - while still ensuring you are still on client site regularly.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- You will have a strong track record of closing big deals, with at least 5 years as an independent AE (really owning their pipeline).
- You will also have experience selling SaaS technology to traders or brokers within the financial markets - ideally from within energy, oil or gas sectors.
- From your experience you will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to break into large enterprise accounts while also managing siloed, trader-by-trader decision-making.
- You will also be a seasoned prospector, with the skills to leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ICE Chat, and WhatsApp.
- Your experience will also have seen you navigate procurement and data security processes in large organisations, something to be expected with enterprise-level clients.
- Rolling your sleeves up is part of the day to day, so while enterprise-focused you will also be comfortable closing deals of £30k+ and tracking progress effectively in our CRM (Salesforce).
