We are recruiting for an experienced General Foreperson to join a major long-term infrastructure and water-related project at Blackheath WRC. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long-term role on a significant civils scheme with strong project continuity.

The works involve major site operations, infrastructure activities, logistics coordination, and day-to-day supervision across a live construction environment. The project has a strong pipeline of ongoing works and requires an experienced individual capable of overseeing operational teams and maintaining high standards across site.

As General Foreperson, you will support the site management team with the supervision and coordination of labour, subcontractors, plant, logistics, and daily operations across the project. You will play a key role in ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with programme requirements while maintaining strong communication with operational teams and site management. This role would suit someone with a strong civils, infrastructure, or utilities background who is comfortable working within busy operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervising day-to-day site operations and workforce activities
