Our client delivers quality and unique housing developments across the Cornwall.

With a strong pipeline of projects, they are looking to strengthen the technical team and appoint a Technical Coordinator.

The role will be to coordinator key technical information, and working drawings to enable residential developments to be delivered - This is a great opportunity to join an award-winning team, based in Cornwall.

The role

  • Manage projects from design through to completion.
  • Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and site teams.
  • Manage planning, Building Control and NHBC approvals.
  • Lead technical coordination of architects, engineers and M&E consultants.
  • Assist with technical approvals, including S104, S38 and S278 agreements.
  • Site in and sometimes chair pre-start meetings and coordinate project mobilisation.
  • Support land and planning teams with planning condition discharge

What you need

  • Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Technical Manager within new build housing.
  • Strong understanding of the development process from design through to completion.
  • Experience coordinating consultants
  • Knowledge of planning, Building Control and NHBC requirements.
  • Experience obtaining technical approvals, including Section 38, Section 104 and Section 278 agreements.
  • Full UK driving licence.

This role is offering a competitive salary, private medical, and bonus structure for the right person.

There will be travel to sites as and when required, a full driving license will be required.
