The Role
Working alongside the Site Manager and Senior Site Management team, you will assist in the day-to-day delivery of a large residential development in Swindon. You will help coordinate subcontractors, manage site activities, maintain health and safety standards, and ensure homes are delivered to programme and quality expectations. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of site operations.
- Support the delivery of housing units in line with programme requirements.
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour, materials, and deliveries.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Carry out quality inspections and assist with snagging and handover processes.
- Monitor progress against programme targets and support production meetings.
- Ensure site records and documentation are maintained accurately.
