Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety standards are maintained. ✅ Keep accurate site records using a tablet. ✅ Supervise subcontractors and manage day-to-day operations. ✅ Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders. ✅ Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard. Requirements: ✔ SC Clearance (Essential) – Applications without this cannot be considered. ✔ SSSTS (Minimum) – SMSTS preferred. ✔ CSCS Card (Gold or Black). ✔ First Aid Certification. ✔ Asbestos Awareness. ✔ Experience in occupied environments and strong customer-facing skills. ✔ Ability to work independently and take initiative.
