Are you an elite Site Manager with a flawless track record in ultra-prime residential construction? We are seeking an outstanding No.1 Site Manager to take site leadership of a £15M, highly bespoke residential project in West London. Working for a private client, this scheme demands the highest level of craftsmanship, uncompromising attention to detail, and seamless coordination of complex architectural features and luxury finishes. You will hold full operational responsibility for the site, steering the project from structural modifications through to intricate fit out and ultimate handover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Ownership: Serve as the primary lead on site, managing day-to-day operations, logistics, and site personnel with precision.
  • Luxury Standards: Drive exceptional quality control across all trades, ensuring bespoke joinery, specialist stonework, home automation, and high-spec MEP packages meet perfection.
  • Subcontractor & Specialist Management: Lead high-end trade contractors, specialist artisans, and direct labour, fostering a culture of accountability and pride in craftsmanship.
  • Programme & Planning: Drive the detailed construction sequence, identifying potential risks early and keeping short-term lookahead programmes strictly on track.
  • High-End H&S & Site Presentation: Maintain an immaculate, secure, and safe site environment reflective of a premium residential project.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work in close collaboration with the private client’s representative, architect, structural engineers, and interior design team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Track Record: Extensive experience acting as No.1 Site Manager on super-prime / high-end residential projects (£10M+ experience preferred).
  • Bespoke Detail Expertise: Deep understanding of complex structural alterations, high-spec finishes, specialist materials, and modern residential technology.
  • West London Site Logistics: Strong experience operating within high-density, high-value London neighbourhoods (managing access, local authority liaison, and strict noise/working restrictions).
  • Qualifications:
    • SMSTS
    • CSCS Black/Gold Card
    • First Aid at Work
    • Trade background (e.g., Carpentry, Joinery, Construction Management) is highly desirable.
  • Attributes: Discretion, professional demeanor, flawless eye for detail, and strong leadership skills.
