We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week retail fit out and refurbishment project in Cheltenham, starting at the end of June. You’ll be working with a regional contractor based in Bristol, delivering a fast-track refurbishment scheme. This role requires a proactive manager who can drive the programme, maintain site standards, and manage subcontractors effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
- Proven experience in retail/shop fit out and refurbishment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Able to manage day-to-day site activity and ensure compliance with H&S regulations
