Job Type : Permanent, Full-TimeSphere Solutions are working with a leading main contractor to recruit an experienced Site or Senior Site Manager for a flagship £300 million construction scheme in Cardiff — one of the most high‐profile developments in the region.

This is a long‐term opportunity to work with an award‐winning Tier 1 contractor, delivering a complex, large‐scale project that will define the Cardiff skyline.

The Role :As Site / Senior Site Manager, you\’ll play a key role in the successful delivery of a major façade package, working closely with the Lead Project Manager and wider delivery team. You\’ll be responsible for managing on‐site operations, ensuring health & safety standards, quality, and programme targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day‐to‐day site management and subcontractor coordination.

Manage the delivery of the façade package and associated works.

Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Work collaboratively with the Project Manager and design teams.

Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and H&S documentation.
