Site Manager

Location: Bath – with nationwide travel Company: Leading Interior Fit Out & Refurbishment Contractor A well‑established interior fit‑out contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their growing delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, has a strong background in office fit out and commercial refurbishment, and is comfortable managing projects across multiple locations. The Role * Lead day‑to‑day site operations on high‑quality office fit‑out and refurbishment schemes * Manage subcontractors, site teams and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery * Maintain exceptional standards of health & safety, quality and programme * Coordinate closely with clients, project managers and design teams * Oversee site documentation, reporting and compliance * Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specification * Represent the business professionally on live sites and during client interactions What We’re Looking For * Proven experience as a Site Manager within office fit out, CAT A/CAT B, or commercial interiors * Strong organisational and leadership skills with a hands‑on approach * Ability to manage multiple trades in a live, fast‑moving environment * Willingness to travel nationwide as required by project locations * Excellent communication and client‑facing skills * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid preferred What’s on Offer * Competitive salary and package * Opportunity to work on high‑profile commercial fit‑out projects * Supportive, collaborative team culture * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business
