For Companies Senior Site Manager / Project Manager – Demolition & External Works | Witney, Oxfordshire We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager or Project Manager to lead a key construction project based in Witney, Oxfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong track record delivering commercial, industrial, and residential schemes across the South and Midlands. The Project The development involves a combination of demolition, groundworks, and external works, requiring a capable leader who can manage multiple phases and ensure smooth delivery on site. You’ll oversee the coordination of subcontractors, manage site logistics, and ensure all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities * Lead the day-to-day management of the site and subcontractor teams. * Oversee demolition and external works, ensuring full compliance with H&S regulations. * Manage quality control, progress, and site reporting. * Liaise with the project team, clients, and consultants to maintain clear communication. * Drive programme delivery and problem-solving to keep the project on track. Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Project Manager with a main contractor. * Strong understanding of demolition, groundworks, and external works. * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications. * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. * A proactive approach to health and safety and quality management
