A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Principal Surveyor, to join their Bristol region. Your new company are a large Tier 1 Main Contractor, who operate within Construction, Residential, Fit Out, Refurbishment, and Development across the UK.
My client are looking for a candidate that has the experience and ability to oversee the below:
- Manage the Commercial elements of 2-3 simultaneous projects (involvement from Tender stage through to Completion)
- Projects typically vary from £10M – £30M and 18 months - 3 years in duration
- Responsibility for Pricing and Delivering identified projects.
The ideal candidate will have broad sector experience across Residential, Commercial, Mixed Use, Retail, Education, Blue Light, Defence etc. You will have also previously worked in a leadership role and be capable of overseeing a small team of 2-3 staff.
