This role will be to support within commercial performance of all projects within the educational sector of the business. You will be asked to provide commercial support to the project managers & surveyors and allow management of projects and commercial risk, ensuring that financial performance is in check. You will report directly into a commercial director and will work alongside the project teams and pre construction team. On occasion you will be client facing. Roles and responsibilities that of a senior quantity surveyor. Ideally the individual will have experience in both JCT and NEC contracts and be able to lead on projects up to around 10million as well as the above being covered. Membership of RICS, CIOB or ICE is desirable.
