An existing client of Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Senior Planner, to commence a new role with immediate effect. My client are an established regional Main Contractor, based in Bristol. As a business, they operate within New Build, Fit Out / Refurbishment, Cladding, M&E, and Facilities Management. Additional information: * Ability to manage and train junior staff and teams. * Based out of Cardiff and Bristol offices. * Working with Pre-Con team creating outline programs on Asta as part of tender submissions. * Develop outline into detailed construction programmes and on the larger projects work with the site team (monthly reviews / updates and report back on progress). * Work with project teams on extensions of time. * Travel to relevant projects is required. You will have relevant Degree level qualifications, as well as having good knowledge / experience within the above mentioned sectors where possible.
