Assistant Site Manager – Timber Frame North Coast Cornwall Permanent £45,000 - £50,000 & Package
Are you an experienced Assistant Site Manager with a background in housing? We are working with a well-established client, looking to bolster their operational team and recruit an experienced Assistant Site Manager who is looking for progression to Site Manager in the very near future.
The Role:
- Supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations and helping to keep the build programme on track
- Supervising trades, subcontractors and site teams to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of health & safety procedures and site standards
- Assisting with quality control and ensuring work is completed to the required specification and customer expectations
- Monitoring progress on site, resolving day-to-day issues and reporting updates to the Site Manager
- Liaising with technical, commercial and wider project teams to support the smooth delivery of the development
About You:
- Proven experience working as an Assistant Site Manager on timber frame housing developments
- Background working with housing / contracting
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualified as a minimum
