Site Manager – New Build Housing Greater Manchester / West Yorkshire £70,000 + £6,000 Car Allowance + 20% Bonus We are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join an established residential developer, working across Greater Manchester and West Yorkshire. This is an excellent long-term opportunity, taking responsibility for a 200-unit residential development with approximately 2–3 years remaining on the project. You will also have the support of an experienced Assistant Site Manager on site. The development is currently delivering around 40–45 CMLs per year, and we are looking for a strong Site Manager who can maintain programme, quality, health & safety and overall site performance. Package: * £70,000 basic salary * £6,000 car allowance or company car * 20% annual bonus * Bonus paid twice yearly – 10% in March and 10% in October * Long-term project with 2–3 years remaining * Experienced Assistant Site Manager already in place The Role: You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the development, coordinating subcontractors and trades, maintaining build programmes and ensuring homes are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard. We are looking for an experienced housing Site Manager with a proven track record of delivering volume residential developments. You should be commercially aware, organised and confident managing both the build programme and site team. The successful candidate will ideally be based within travelling distance of Greater Manchester or West Yorkshire, with future projects available across these areas.
