A leading UK construction and engineering business has secured a landmark project delivering one of the country’s most significant advanced manufacturing facilities, supporting the future of sustainable transport and next-generation battery production. The development includes the construction of a large-scale lithium-ion battery manufacturing facility alongside associated infrastructure, ancillary buildings, heavy civils, utilities, and extensive MEP packages. Once complete, the scheme will become one of the UK’s largest and most important manufacturing sites within the green energy and automotive sectors.

The Role: Quantity Surveyor (MEP)
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong MEP experience to support the commercial delivery of major mechanical and electrical packages on this flagship project. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial and operational teams, managing commercial activities from procurement through to final account while ensuring effective cost control, risk management, and value engineering across the project lifecycle.
