Sphere Solutions are recruiting Project Manager
Our client is a market leading provider of innovative residential construction and major regeneration developments. They have been established in the region for over 20 years and continue to grow year on year.
Due to the award of a major development in the Newport area, they have approached us with the requirement to recruit a Project Manager on a permanent basis.
As PM, you will be No.1 on the project, reporting to the area Operations Manager. Managing and directing a large project team and ensuring that the project runs to program and specification, this is a very key appointment for the business.
Due to the nature of the project, our client is looking specifically for a Project Manager from a main contracting background, who is keen to move into a residential biased field.
This is a very well respected and established business that can offer genuine long term prospects as well as a very attractive remuneration package and benefits.
