Overview

Project Manager – CAT A & CAT B Fit-Out (Manchester City Centre)

Day Rate: £340-£400 per shift
Start Date: Early January (with onboarding from mid-November/December)
Location: Manchester City Centre

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of a CAT A & CAT B fit-out project.
• Oversee design development, coordinating between consultants, clients, and contractors.
• Monitor and control project costs, working closely with commercial teams to manage budgets and procurement.
• Drive programme, quality, and safety performance on-site.
• Build strong relationships with the client and wider project team.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing CAT A & CAT B office fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of design processes and commercial management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Available to start in January 2026, with onboarding from mid-November/December 2025
