Key Responsibilities Lead the overall delivery of a £70m new build school project from inception to completion Manage and coordinate a large project team, including site managers, engineers, planners, and commercial staff Report directly to the Regional Operations Director Oversee health & safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance Build strong relationships with the client, consultants, and supply chain Ensure timely delivery to the highest standards, within budget and programme Requirements Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Manager delivering complex new build schemes (ideally £30m+) Background in main contracting – Tier 1 contractor experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills Track record of successfully delivering education or public sector projects is advantageous Relevant construction qualifications and certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) What’s in it for you?
