Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale data centre construction project, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
2. Oversee project planning, programming, and execution, managing teams across design, engineering, and site operations.
3. Drive health & safety compliance, ensuring industry best practices are followed.
4. Manage key stakeholder relationships, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
5. Provide strong leadership and direction to a high-performing project team.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience managing construction projects valued at £40 million+, ideally within the commercial, industrial, or mission-critical sectors.
2. Data Centre experience is a strong advantage but not essential.
3. Strong knowledge of construction best practices, health & safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
4. Excellent commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to lead large teams and maintain high quality and performance standards.
