Procurement & Job Costing Co-ordinator – Ivybridge * Location: Ivybridge * Salary: £30,000 * Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role Sphere Solutions is working with a national shopfitting contractor to recruit a Procurement & Job Costing Co-ordinator. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with construction procurement experience, looking to take ownership of job costings, procurement, budget management, and supplier reporting. Key Responsibilities * Develop and manage job budgets, ensuring cost efficiency. * Maintain accurate job costing records and liaise with Project Managers and Accountants. * Build and maintain supplier relationships, negotiating the best prices and services. * Stay up to date with legislation affecting procurement and subcontractor agreements. * Assist with day-to-day procurement and ordering materials for site. * Raise purchase orders and track company accommodation bookings. About You * Essential: Construction Procurement & Job Costing experience. * Strong communication and time management skills. * Ability to analyse data for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. * Experience with Excel and job costing software is preferred. * Familiarity with Sedex and supplier engagement software is advantageous. * Accountancy & Sage experience is a bonus.
