We're looking for experienced Electricians to join a busy industrial site in Plymouth, carrying out maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installations on a range of plant equipment and electrical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
- Fault finding on motors, drives, pumps, conveyors, and control panels.
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Electrical inspections and testing.
- Supporting plant upgrades and improvement projects.
- Working safely and maintaining accurate maintenance records.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation/Maintenance (or equivalent).
- 18th Edition qualification.
- Industrial, manufacturing, heavy plant, quarrying, or mining experience.
- Strong fault-finding skills on three-phase systems and industrial equipment.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
- Inspection & Testing (2391) desirable.
Additional Information:
- All employees are required to undergo drug and alcohol screening.
- This position operates on a shift pattern. (5 on, 5 off, 12 hour days)
- Salary is dependent on experience.
- Due to the site location, candidates must have their own reliable transport.
