We are seeking an experienced, trade-based Multi-Skilled Working Foreman to join our clients established and friendly team. Based in Pembrokeshire and working across surrounding counties, this is a hands-on role combining site leadership with practical building work on domestic refurbishments, maintenance projects, and new extensions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example on site, coordinating small teams, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining health & safety standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and to specification.
- Read drawings, set out, conduct quality control, and liaise with Contracts Managers and Health & Safety Officers.
Qualifications:
- Strong all-round building experience across multiple trades, excellent attention to detail, and proven leadership skills.
- CSCS card and relevant trade qualifications desirable.
