A loyal client to Sphere is looking to employ an Office Manager / Office Co-Ordinator with immediate effect. The successful candidate will be based across a large new build major project in Bristol, which will be constructed over multiple phases for 5-10 years. The end product will consist of a new build Campus, Auditorium, Office Blocks, Training Facilities, Restaurant, Kitchens, and underground Car Park. Your new company is a large UK Main Contractor, who specialise in Construction, Fit Out, and Major Regeneration schemes.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Opening / closing the project / consultant office, operating switchboard politely and efficiently.
  • Welcoming all visitors, presenting a professional Company image and ensuring all administrative requirements are met.
  • Provision of office administrative tasks promptly and efficiently, maintenance of records and provision of SHE Files for site usage.
  • Ensure the project / consultant office and all office resources/supplies are well-managed and maintained.
  • Reserve meeting areas and service as required (e.g. photocopying, provision of tea/coffee etc).
  • Assist with the provision of document control as and when required.
  • Apprenticeship records, Waste, Energy, Water figures etc.
  • Completion of projects, follow up with closure of permits and returnable deposits from statutory authorities etc.
  • Collate and record Company CCS/CSR activities.
  • Maintain quality and environmental control procedures in accordance with the Company’s IMS System.
  • Be aware of and comply with the Company’s Health & Safety Policy.
