Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various engineering projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering and project management, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Duties
- Lead the planning and implementation of mechanical projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and company standards.
- Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed work plans while involving all relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and construction personnel.
- Utilise Primavera P6 for project scheduling and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular meetings to review project status, address challenges, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports on project performance metrics for management review.
