Site Manager (Freelance) – £285 per day | 4-Month Contract

Sphere Solutions are recruiting on behalf of a key regional construction company for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a major commercial build project.

The successful candidate will have experience managing both internal and external works on large-scale commercial construction projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations.
  • Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities.
  • Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times.
  • Drive programme delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Coordinate both internal fit-out and external construction packages.
