We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a live construction project in Ludgershall. This is an excellent short-term opportunity for a proactive and professional Site Manager who can quickly integrate into an existing project team and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of site operations.

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing site activities, managing subcontractors, maintaining health and safety standards, and ensuring works continue in line with programme requirements during the cover period. You will act as the main point of contact on site, ensuring quality standards are maintained and project objectives are achieved throughout the duration of the assignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day site operations and site logistics.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Monitor progress against programme requirements.
