My client is seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-end construction projects across the commercial, residential, and leisure sectors. This role requires a proven track record in managing luxury or premium developments, ensuring exceptional quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction through to completion—leading multidisciplinary teams while maintaining the highest levels of safety, client satisfaction, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead the successful delivery of high-end construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and design intent.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ranging from luxury residential developments to premium commercial and leisure facilities.
- Oversee all phases of construction, including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, architects, and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress updates and strategic advice to senior leadership and clients.
- Budget & Commercial Management
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and financial targets.

Key Requirements
- Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in construction management, with significant exposure to high-end commercial, residential, or leisure projects.
- Proven track record delivering luxury or complex developments (e.g., premium hotels, flagship retail, luxury residential schemes).
- Experience managing large project values (typically £10m–£100m+).
- Qualifications
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Professional membership (e.g., CIOB, RICS) preferred.
- Relevant health & safety certifications (e.g., SMSTS).
