Sphere Solutions in Central London is seeking a Lead Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial function across multiple fast-moving fit-out and refurbishment projects, reporting to the Commercial Director.
You will own pre- and post-contract duties, mentor junior surveyors, manage cost planning, valuations, subcontractor accounts and final accounts, and protect margin and cash flow across the project portfolio. MRICS is desirable but not essential, and a degree is required.
