We are currently looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a £1.5m new build project in Llandrindod Wells. The project is a 28-week brickwork build, delivering a larder and office space, and is due to start in approximately three weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management and supervision
- Managing trades, programme, and health & safety
- Ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Liaising with the client and subcontractors
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing similar new build projects
- Strong brickwork background preferred
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid
- Ability to work independently and manage site operations
Ideally, candidates will be local to Llandrindod Wells. If this is not an option, our client will look at renting a property nearby. (day rate will be at lower end of the scale if this is the case)
