Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading housebuilder on a prestigious, high-end residential development in the South Hams, Devon. The development is now progressing into its second phase, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the phase and play a key role in its successful delivery.
The Role
- Managing the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinating subcontractors, trades and site teams
- Monitoring programme and build progress
- Maintaining high standards of construction and workmanship
- Managing health & safety and site compliance
- Overseeing inspections, quality control, snagging and handover
- Managing subcontractor performance
- Working closely with the wider project, commercial and technical teams
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within a PLC housebuilder
- Strong experience delivering high-end residential developments
- A thorough understanding of residential construction and build programmes
- Strong subcontractor management skills
- Excellent knowledge of health & safety and site compliance
- The ability to lead a site effectively and deliver against programme and quality targets
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid qualifications
