Key Responsibilities
- Manage the safe and efficient delivery of retrofit and energy efficiency works across occupied social housing properties
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensure works comply with standards and current Building Regulations
- Carry out regular site inspections to monitor quality, health & safety
- Work closely with Retrofit Coordinators, Resident Liaison Officers and project teams to deliver a positive customer experience
- Attend client and internal progress meetings
- Ensure resident concerns and complaints are dealt with professionally and efficiently
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, refurbishment or property maintenance
- Experience delivering retrofit or energy efficiency projects (highly desirable)
- Good understanding of PAS2030, PAS2035 and Building Regulations
- Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and CDM requirements
- Strong IT skills and experience maintaining project records
- SMSTS, First Aid at Work & CSCS Card (preferred)
- Full UK Driving Licence
