Sphere Solutions is seeking a Site Manager – Maintenance in West Cornwall to lead retrofit, refurbishment and energy efficiency projects in occupied social housing. You will manage safety, coordination of site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure works meet Building Regulations and PAS2030/2035 where applicable.
This permanent, full-time role offers £40,000-£45,000, company van and fuel card, generous leave, life assurance, and opportunities for training and career progression.
