We are recruiting for experienced Site Managers or Senior Site Managers to join a major multi-phase residential development in the heart of Southsea. This is a long-term opportunity working across a mix of conversion and new build phases, offering security and involvement in a landmark regeneration project.

- Site Size: 4.8 acres
- Current Phase: Phase 2 (major conversion works)
- Upcoming Works: Phases 3 & 4 (new build construction), Phase 5 (minor conversion)

The development is a 50 / 50 split between conversion and new build, so candidates with strong conversion experience will be particularly well-suited.
The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations across a combination of refurbishment, structural alteration, and ground-up construction activities. The project involves multiple concurrent phases, requiring excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills.
