Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an Administrator to join an established property maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering planned maintenance, responsive repairs, retrofit and improvement works across social housing and public-sector buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and update jobs on internal systems.
- Schedule appointments and liaise with tenants and residents.
- Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors and operational teams.
- Monitor emails and update client portals.
- Prepare and submit regular client reports.
- Raise purchase orders and assist with general administration.
- Support the Contracts Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of maintenance contracts.
Requirements
- Previous customer service or administration experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Confident using computer systems and client portals.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, professional and team-focused approach.
