The Role
My client is seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high quality 2 floor commercial fit out project valued at 750k in Cheltenham. This is a standalone leadership position responsible for the full coordination and management of the site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards. Candidates must be confident, organised, and capable of running a busy fit out project from start to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Day to day leadership and management of the project as the sole Site Manager
- Overseeing all subcontractors and ensuring works meet specification, quality, and programme
- Managing site health
