We are looking for an experienced Finishing Manager with a keen eye for detail to work with our client in Cardiff central on a new build apartment project which is close to completion.
You’ll be responsible for managing all finishing trades on site, making sure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and ready for client handover. The ideal person will be practical, organised, and able to spot and resolve issues to help push the job over the line.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing all finishing and snagging works.
- Coordinating trades and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Working closely with subcontractors, the site team, and the client.
- Keeping the project on program and maintaining site standards.
- Making sure health and safety procedures are always followed.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Finishing Manager or Site Manager on residential or apartment projects.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in delivering a quality finish.
