An award-winning South West construction company is looking to appoint a Small Works Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Property Solutions team based in Exeter. The Role

Working within the Property Solutions team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial and pre-construction delivery of projects across the South West. Responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing estimates and cost plans for small works projects
  • Producing accurate quotations and tender submissions
  • Managing project costs and variations
  • Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Supporting project delivery teams commercially
  • Assisting with valuations and final accounts

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or similar commercial role within construction
  • Experience working on small works projects
