Working closely with our experienced consultants and leadership team, you’ll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and managing top construction talent across a variety of sectors. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting talent, and delivering a high-quality recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:- Sourcing and attracting candidates through multiple channels
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Writing adverts and marketing live vacancies
- Conducting candidate screening interviews and qualification calls
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines
- Supporting consultants with client requirements and recruitment campaigns
- Managing candidate compliance and onboarding processes
- Using CRM systems to maintain accurate records and activity
- Previous experience within recruitment, resourcing, or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment
- Construction recruitment experience would be advantageous, but not essential
