Customer Care Coordinator Exeter Salary: Up to £30,000 Permanent
As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for customers who have recently purchased a new build home from the developer.
You will support the department in delivering a high-quality, professional service focused on achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively within the Customer Care team.
- Chase subcontractors regarding outstanding defects on a weekly basis.
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that property defects are logged promptly and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date records of calls to all new homeowners, reporting any issues immediately to the Sales, Construction, Customer Care teams.
- Provide additional ad hoc administrative and departmental support as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience within the house-building sector in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- An approachable, calm, and professional demeanour.
- Competent user of Microsoft Outlook.
