Working with an experienced commercial team, duties will include:
- Provide advice on estimating strategies and best practice
- Review tender documents thoroughly and accurately
- Source and obtain competitive quotes for sub-contractor packages and materials
- Prepare precise estimates for competitive tenders
- Collaborate closely with the Quantity Surveying team
- Maintain tender logs and file all bid documentation
Suitable candidates:
- HNC or Level 5 qualification (or equivalent)
- Relevant estimating experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Full driving license
- Proven financial and budget management skills
