The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our clients’ dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of high-quality construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and other project documents to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure all aspects of the project are covered.
- Assess risks and opportunities, factoring them into cost estimates.

- Monitor and update cost databases, ensuring estimates remain current and competitive.
