We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team based in Cardiff. This is a permanent role offering excellent career progression opportunities and a competitive salary package. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering electrical projects across various sectors, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee and manage all phases of electrical projects from conception to completion. * Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. * Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure deadlines are met. * Manage project budgets, costs, and resources effectively. * Ensure all work complies with current electrical standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies. * Produce regular project reports and updates for stakeholders. * Lead project meetings and coordinate site activities. * Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role within the construction or building services sectors. * Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, installation practices, and industry regulations. * Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Proficient in project management software and MS Office. * Full UK driving licence. Desirable: * Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering, Project Management certifications). * SMSTS, CSCS, or equivalent site management certifications.
