A leading specialist construction contractor is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Site Administrator to support the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre development in Acton. Working alongside the site management team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site office, providing administrative support, coordinating communications and maintaining accurate project records throughout this flagship scheme.

What you'll be doing:
- Managing the day-to-day administration of the site office, ensuring it operates efficiently
- Welcoming visitors, coordinating reception duties and maintaining site access records
- Managing correspondence, shared inboxes, site communications and meeting arrangements
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, administrative records and delivery logs
- Ordering office supplies, PPE and consumables while coordinating deliveries and facilities support
