You will be joining a respected regional construction and development contractor delivering high-quality commercial, residential and community projects across the South West. Known for strong technical delivery, professional project management and excellent client relationships, they deliver both new build and refurbishment schemes ranging from £5m–£20m.
Role Overview – Document Controller
A great opportunity for an organised and proactive Construction Document Controller to support a major project in Bradford-on-Avon. This role focuses on document control, digital systems management, reporting, procurement uploads and supporting site-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Document Control & Compliance
- Manage the Sustain IQ Waste Management System – upload, monitor, track
- Maintain project documentation within Hammertech
- Upload and update drawing registers and revisions on Procure
- Maintain accurate document tracking, QA records and version control
- Use the COINS procurement system to raise requisitions
- Complete GRNs and record delivery dockets accurately
- Produce the monthly client report
- Gather weekly safety packs and upload to internal systems
- Assist with online and site-based project inductions
- Provide general document and admin support to the wider project team
Requirements
- Previous document controller experience within construction
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident using digital document control systems (training available)
- Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based platforms
- Ability to manage workload and maintain accuracy across multiple tasks
