We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join a growing local organisation, taking responsibility for a broad range of construction activities across pre-construction, estimating, project delivery, maintenance, and operational management. The Role:

- Manage Design buildings, including reactive requirements where needed.
- Take commercial responsibility for projects, including cost reviews, valuations.
