An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Manager to join a growing construction business delivering a diverse portfolio of residential, heritage, refurbishment, and new-build projects across Cornwall. Working closely with the management team, you will take responsibility for the commercial performance of multiple projects, overseeing budgets, procurement, contract administration, valuations, variations, final accounts, and financial reporting. You will also support pre-construction activities and mentor junior commercial team members.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor, or similar senior commercial professional.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and commercial management processes.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
