We are recruiting for a Community Liaison Officer to join a market-leading Tier 1 building contractor, working on one of the most exciting and high-profile developments currently underway in the city. About the Role: As the Community Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between the construction project and the local community – both residential and commercial. Your role will be to ensure that the community is informed, engaged, and supported throughout the duration of the build. You will: * Maintain regular communication with local residents, businesses, and stakeholders. * Manage community feedback, resolving any issues or complaints effectively and professionally. * Organise and attend meetings, community forums, and public consultations. * Produce newsletters, updates, and communication materials to keep the public informed. * Represent the contractor in a positive, proactive manner, building trust and strong relationships. About You: We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with previous experience working in a community-focused or liaison role.
